We are committed to providing our valued customers with the services they require in a safe manner. The following adjustments have been made and we will continue to keep this list updated:
- We have adopted a zero contact appointment for service customers through the use of the night drop box, payment over the phone, seat covers, cleaning of all touch points and arranged curbside pickup.
- We have reduced our hours in service, parts and Quick Lane to 8 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday
- Dealership surfaces are being disinfected on a regular basis
- Sales and Finance are providing services via phone, email and video to minimize store visits
- Cashback and payment deferral programs are available
- Customers who have recently travelled or are experiencing any symptoms or a cough, cold, flu, fever etc are encouraged to stay home and not visit at this time.
